THE MEDIATOR'S ROLE

The mediation process is owned by the parties and guarded by the mediator. While every conflict is unique, the mediator's primary role is to create and maintain a conducive environment for negotiations. That means setting the stage for the parties to come to the table in good faith, and developing the communication that leads to resolution.

SUBJECT AREA EXPERTISE

In the environmental area in particular, we believe that there is no substitute for substantive legal, technical and business knowledge. The parties simply do not have the time to educate a mediator on the myriad issues within the environmental context. The enclosed resumes attest to our knowledge and experience.

LOGISTICS

Our office will handle logistical arrangements, including the date, time and place of the mediation sessions. Our mediators are available to travel nationwide and internationally.
