References are available upon request. However, we will ask you for a list of parties and their counsel so our references can avoid any conflict of interest situations. We have several contacts with state and federal officials (DOJ, DTSC, EPA and RWQCB) who know our work. As you know, these officials are not permitted to directly refer any private organization.

We will be happy to provide you with a list of individuals familiar with our mediation/facilitation work at your request.

We also refer our clients to professionals in the environmental arena who, through their participation in our "Environmental Mediation" course at George Washington University's National Law Center, can attest to our mediation process and style.
