COSTS

BZGLS Group has a sliding scale hourly fee with a maximum rate of $250 per hour.

Retainer

$500. The retainer is due immediately and reserves a specific date. The amount is credited to your final account and is refundable if the mediation is cancelled or rescheduled at least 5 business days prior to the mediation date. The retainer is not refundable if a mediation session is cancelled within 5 business days of the mediation date.

Invoicing

Fees and expenses are payable by the requesting party, unless the parties agree to split the cost. Fees and expenses are billed either in full at the conclusion of the mediation, or partially if it appears that the mediation will continue beyond the initial session.
